Shipping and Payment

Shipping
Orders can be picked up directly at our showroom or be shipped by Sea Cargo with FCL (20' or 40' ft containers ) and LCL. Usually, it takes 3 - 6 weeks for shipment by Sea Cargo. We will also help you with all of the necessary export documentation, certificates and procedures to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. The term can either be PRE-PAID or COLLECT.

Shipping cost by sea is calculated by the dimension.

20' FCL can hold up to 30 m ³
40' FCL can hold up to 60 m ³
40' High Cubic FCL can hold up to 72 m ³

You are at anytime more than welcome to choose your own cargo company.

Documentation
All necessary documentation will be provided for you:
- Invoice
- Packing List
- COO (Certificate of Origin)
- BoL/BL (Bill of Lading)
- Fumigation Certificate (if needed)
- A Phytosanitary certificate for wood packing material (if needed)

Local cost such as packing, handling, documents must be PRE-PAID

Packing
We pack our products using the following materials: Card board boxes, plastic, wooden crate, silica gel to absorb moisture, and wooden crate. You have the choice to use SUPER-DRY.

Insurance
You can have your products insured by the cargo company. It costs 3% of the total order value.

Methods of Payment
Acceptable methods of payment: bank transfer, money order, and registered checks. We currently do not offer credit card processing. Once you have confirmed your order, you can make a deposit of 50% and the rest can be paid before the goods are loaded into the containers.
